Conference Registration Registration Deadline: July 10, 2008 There is a registration fee of $70 that must be paid by check before the July 10, 2008 deadline. Follow these steps to use this registration form.

3. Print out the form.
4. Mail the printed form with your $70 fee to Natalee Girardi.
